blue cheese and ranch dressing chicken wraps

It’s summertime!! Yes! Are you as excited about summer as I am? I’ve been ready for summer since the first day of winter last year. Summer is all about short shorts and flip flops but most importantly, it’s about spending time with the family. School’s out and – if you have an amazing employer – summer hours are now in session, so that means road trips and summer get-togethers at the house.

During the summer, I try to spend as little time as possible in the kitchen. I’d rather be outside having fun than in the kitchen over a hot stove. I like to prepare quick but healthy meals. One of my favorite go-to meals is a chicken wrap. As I mentioned before, preparation is quick, and it can be as healthy as you want it to be.

This recipe is a lifesaver. It literally takes about 10 minutes to prepare. The key to this – fresh ingredients. I like to add lots of color to my wraps – fresh lettuce and juicy tomatoes.

These chicken wraps are practically the same. The only difference between the two are the dressings. Depending on your taste buds you may opt for the Chunky Bleu Cheese Dressing or the Homestyle Ranch Dressing.

This meal has always been a hit with the family. Quiet time at the table absolutely exists. After all, who can talk when they’re savoring all that flavor!

My family enjoys these wraps, and I’m positive you’re family will too! Bon appetite!

That looks really good. Anything inside a flour tortilla and dressing is all good to me. It’s even better when it takes so little time to make it. I am going to give it a try :-). Thanks for this.

  • Oh this looks really good and easy. When the temps get crazy I don’t want to be in the kitchen much. I love a quick and easy meal that will satisfy the guts in my home. I’m adding this one into the mix.

  • This is definitely great for summer. I try my best not to turn on the oven if I don’t have to. It’s just too hot.
